Having same issue as post below but is lock so I can't post there. TC will start fine but then settings window will not load and disappears. I tried fix by deleting files in C/USER/MYname/AppData/Local/AIGTech,is this the correct place and files. It works the first time I do this,but next time I load flight it does not work again. Not sure if doing something wrong. Was working fine for long time, not sure if last sim update is causing problems, thanks for help.
I have 2 files, do I delete both or just traffic control file.
AIGTech_-_AI_Manager.exe_Url(numbers and letters) and
AIGTech_-_Traffic_Control_Url(numbers and letters) there are 2 different files
if the issue appears after each restart of TC there might be an issue on your .NET Framework, make sure to have the latest version installed and check for potential error (run a repair)
I have 4.8 installed ,but it does not show up in add and remove programs which I understand is normal because it is preinstalled with windows and can't be removed, so I am not sure how to do a repair. Also did I remove correct files that I asked about above. Thanks for help.
download .NET 4.8 from Microsoft again, that might help
tried downloading 4.8 says already installed
run a repair for 4.8
I'm also having the same issue.It was working fine.
Ok I got it working again, what I did was
1 Run microsoft .net framework repair tool
2 Followed this video https://youtu.be/BcRh4c4oIwg which fixes problems with .net framework 3.5
3 then I deleted the files AIGTech_-_Traffic_Control_Url(numbers and letters) that I mentioned above
4 when the setting window from traffic control loads, you might have to browse for the aig-aitraffic-oci-beta folder again
this worked for me, but do at your own risk. Kaiii3 can chime in if this is correct. Thanks for your help.
seems to have fixed traffic controller losing connection too, stayed connected the entire flight .
