Title: [SOLVED] TC crashes after a few minutes
Post by: TenaciousDinosaur on September 22, 2022, 10:49:04 PM
Hello,

I'm using the AIG software for the very first time and I added a lot of airlines. After hours of work I tried it the first time, but there are two issues and I have no idea what to do.

First problem: TC ends itself after a few minutes beeing at the airport. (I tried several airports). First it's not responding, then it crashes and ends itself.

Second problem: The aircrafts have no sound. I tried to remove that one zip file like explained in other topics and verified again, but that didn't work.

I'm using MSFS2020 (SU10)  and installed the latest versions of TC and AIM. Am I the only one with these issues?

Thanks for your help!

Log files for the TC program, please?

And if it crashes, then there might be 2 events in Windows Event, that is also needed.

Today I started in Hanover (EDDV) and went to Antalya (LTAI) and at the gate in LTAI the TC crashed. The bigger the airport is or the more traffic it has, the faster the TC crashes I guess. And still no engine sounds at both airports. Here is the log file from the flight.

The sound issue is fixed btw.  ::party::

But the TC is still unstable. Is it normal to have AI traffic with the installed liveries even when the TC is not running?

Then you have wrong settings in the sim:

Ground Aircraft Density has to be at 0%.
Airport Vehicle Density set to 1% or higher, as that has been found as a bug in SU10.

Ok thanks. I've sent the log files earlier in this topic. What can I do to prevent TC from crashing? Today it happened again, this time at Heathrow 10 Minutes after injecting the traffic. Log file is attached. Greetings

Might be an issue with SU10.

Currently Kai is working on updating AIGTC, because of several bugs in the SU10, which have been added to the game, between the last public beta SU10 and the release version.

So please give it a few days and hopefully over the weekend there will be an update. Maybe it will fix this too, so please wait and see.

ASOBO is still trying to figure out what exactly causes the crash.. nothing we can do at the moment.
