Title: [SOLVED] Start together with msfs2020

I would like to know if its possible to start AIG Traffic together when i start MSFS2020 by clicking only on MSFS2020 shortcut.

MSFS has to be started before you open AIGTC. Otherwise it might not work.
That's why it's not a good idea to open it at the same time.
