Hi I running fs2020 when I notice all traffic disappear and need to restart traffic controller what can be the problem thank

Please provide the log files that can be found in the folder where the EXE file for AIGTC is located.

That will help a lot!

Known issue in SImConnect, we are working with ASOBO to fix this issue.
