[SOLVED] TC 0.4.1.1 Crash

On my last flight TC crashed with a .NET error.  From the event log:

can you check with the latest version?

New build downloaded.  Did a short flight from KAUS to KDFW.  No crashes or issues.  Even had an AI doing the same route.. it took off right before me and it was on final as I approached DFW.  My next flight should be a longer one.
