I have exactly the same issue. No idea what causes it. Some of the planes do have flight plans but they never leave the gate tho.

sure they are not jsut static AI placed by the Sim as Ground Airplanes?

If it has to be that, but then does that mean I don't have the traffic injected into msfs? I have followed your installation instructions carefully.

on the bottom of the page are the settings you need to have in your SIm

Thank you very much, AIGTC is scanning all vehicles but still no planes

I followed what you said, delete the zip folder in AIGTC / Resource, it works, I have a plane that has just appeared, but it is all alone while I have installed a few other companies at this airport .
