[SOLVED] Help Requested

Yesterday, I updated my Traffic Manager without any issues and also downloaded the latest version of Traffic Controller. It is this that is giving me problems. I run it as Administrator and get the usual "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your computer" message and hit "YES". It appears to start ( whirling circle) for a few seconds then nothing else happens. I have run both programs from their current location before the server problems. So, don't know why the Traffic Controller isn't working. I even disabled Malware Bytes but that didn't help. Here is a screenshot of my .exe shotcut settings. Any advice on hot to get this going?

post the logs of TC, located in the AIGTC directory

ok, no log files indicate no TC start at all. Check the Windows Event Viewer for two error entries at the time of the crash. Post both errors here

open %localappdata%/AIGTech
kill all AIGTC directories
start AIGTC
check your settings, you need to apply them again!
