[CLOSED] AIGTC won't open

Hi there guys!
I've been using this software (AIG Traffic Controller and AI Manager) for a while now but one day, out of nowhere, it stopped from working.
My AIG Traffic controller won't open anymore. It doesn't even load the big title that shows at the beginning, nothing.

I'd really appreciate if somebody tells me what to do because I've tried literally everything I've seen online but honestly there's not much about this issue so I haven't being able to fix it

Remove all AIGTC related directories and start TC again

yes but only the one for Traffic Controller
