Save as AIGFP should close manual flightplan installation window

As the title says, it would be nice if, when manually installing and saving a flightplan as AIGFP, the installation window would close like it does when choosing to compile it as a BGL.

I realise it's a minor thing, but I'm the type who ends up clicking save two or three times - and then still check if the AIGFP file has actually been created, mostly because there's no apparent indication that the installation has succeded

strange, that has been added some time ago... Will check the code again and add it if needed - no cluewhy it has been gone
