[CLOSED] Troubleshoot live traffic MSFS

Hey guys

Been using the software and been running fine for about a week. Recently I do my normal process, once I'm in the cockpit I load up the traffic controller. The traffic controller connects and shows the correct sim time however the map does not center in on my location and no traffic is injected into the sim.

I can't seem to find a fix, does anyone know where I've gone wrong?
