During flight noticed that ATC was strangely instructing AI to climb straight to cruise altitude just after departure, as well as late descent on arrival, while some AI and my flown flight step climb instructions seem to be normal. So decided to check the TC generated flight PLNs if there was anything out of place. To check this manually generated a flight plan in p3d between same airports for comparison and it seems there indeed is an oddity as the plans generated by p3d flight planner have cruise altitude defined in only the header section and for the two airport elevations with the rest of the waypoints altitude set to zero, whereas the plan generated by TC has cruise altitude set also in all of the waypoints. Could this be the cause of the said abnormal ATC and AI altitude related behaviour?

is working fine on my system. Where have you seen this issue?

Saw this at OMDB with UAE summer 2019 plans where several emirates planes after departure were continuously instructed next altitude level by the approach control until the cruise altitude was spoken.
