[CLOSED] CTD with AIG Traffic controller 0.5.1.6 on networked setup

I am running on a network configuration and run AIG traffic controller shortcut with the following target.
"C:\AIG_TrafficController\AIGTech - Traffic Controller.exe" -P3DV5

This are the two CTD as shown on the Event Viewer.

set "-Network" to the startparamter as well, then it should work

Thank you Kai.
I was able to make it with your -network recommendation. I saw it in the manual too but was having problems getting Win10 to recognize the shortcut (format).
Now I can see the map but in the background I get the "Traffic Controller" big letters and it says in the bottom "Load Database"

seems TC is unable to connct to the AWS server, is it allowed to open connections in the firewall?
