I tried running AIGTech-AI Manager as admin and moving the main installation folder between partitions.

It just freezes on "No updates for AI Manager" and it abruptly closes. I am using Windows7 64x.

How do I fix this?

Any log files and also check Windows Event and see if there are 2 error logs there.

I checked the log files and nothing relevant is showing up.

Might be, yes.

The program is made to run in Windows 10 and 11, not 7. Support was ended for that on 14 January 2020, so that's more than 4 years ago, and at that time most people had moved to Windows 10, because it had been the standard system for years at that time.

And that's also why the program was made for Windows 10 and later 11, because they were the ones that the developer used, and which has features that Windows 7 don't have.
