[SOLVED] Stop TC from creating add-on

I prefer to start TC using SimStarter to control cores allocated to TC.  Unfortunately, TC creates an Add-on entry every time it starts.  How can I prevent this from occurring?  Otherwise, how can I control the specific cores to be used?  Thanks

1) Disable the addon via P3D directly
2) Open Task Manager and set the CPU cores
