[CLOSED] 2 problems: no traffic injected + new scenery

Updated to P3d5 v5.3 HF1 and since I have no traffic being injected into the sim, either manual or automatic

Longstanding issue: starting TC takes forever (4-5 min) because it reads every scenery as it was a new scenery. It doesn't seem to remember. Why?
