[SOLVED] TC Keeps wanting to update

It did it over and over again and again for 5 times.

I stopped the process and just downloaded the latest. I hope it works with the clean install.

Last version was working fine on my system.

Can these updates be disabled?

I will check again today to see if I can update successfully and let you know ASAP.

Please consider giving the user the option to delay update (manual update) to avoid the endless updating loop that I dealt with yesterday. When the server was down, I really enjoyed AIG traffic and had no issues. As soon as the servers came up, I've done more time consuming updates than I've done flights with your beautiful AI traffic.

I'm extremely grateful for your work, so please don't take this as a complaint.

delay update is no option, since changes to the database format need to been added to the tool itself. Without the software update you will have a database that you can not load.

Got it! What about not updating at all? When the server was down, TC still worked. Thanks for clarifying.

Anyway, I managed to successfully update to v .29

It looks like it must have been a server issue?

when the servers are down, you got no new DB as well and DBs are needed for dome new flightplans
