[SOLVED] Controller Crashes Regularly 0.5.0.19

Hi, my Controller crashes after a varied amount of time anywhere from a few minutes to half an hour. It didn't always do this and I'm wondering if there's something I am missing or doing wrong?

download latest version from the website, you are on an old version

Thank you. O.5.1.1. is the latest. The reason I didn't install it before is because the file name and contents appeared to be the same. Cheers for the reply.
