[CLOSED] AIG Traffic Controller will not update to v0.5.0.14

Today every time I start AIGTC (with MSFS closed) it says it needs to update automatically. The update does not seem to work, it seems to be stuck on v 0.5.0.9 (ALPHA).

The first few lines of file Log_TrafficController.txt say:
