[CLOSED] On Rotations - No Aircrafts on the arriving Airport

On rare occasions, I fly a rotation. Last week, for example. EGLL-ESGG-EGLL or the week before last EDDH-LOWW-EDDH. On both flights I had no aircraft on the return flight at the arriving airport. There were some in the sky and some were landing, but at the destination airport of the return flight there was no plane to be seen. Is there a reason for this? Do I have to restart AIGTC after each flight?
